Caphara Return & Refund Policy

At Caphara, we curate products with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through the return process with clarity and respect.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at shop@caphara.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • Instructions on where to send your item
  • Any applicable restocking or shipping fees

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
  • As a dropship-based store, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. We’ll guide you to the correct destination once your return is approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishables, beauty items, or hazardous materials

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

🛠 Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@caphara.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🌍 EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shop@caphara.com.
